Uninstall the Contour Shuttle driver using the Contour Shuttle Uninstaller found in the Help menu of the Contour Shuttle app. Restart the Mac. Open the Contour Shuttle disk image (.dmg file) located in the Downloads folder or on the Desktop. If you received the disk image by email, do not double-click it inside Mail. Move it to the Desktop first. This software will install version 2.81 of the Contour ShuttlePROv2, ShuttleXpress and ShuttlePRO software. It has been updated with settings for applications such as Adobe Creative Suite 5 and 5.5, Avid Media Composer 5, Steinberg Nuendo 5, Cubase 5, Sony Vegas 8, 9 and 10.

1. Uninstall the Contour Shuttle driver if it is installed
2. Uninstall Antivirus software
3. Install the Contour Shuttle driver
4. Reinstall Antivirus software.
Some antivirus software may say the Shuttle software contains the Trojan.GEN.SMH virus attached. Please feel assured our software is not
infected, and it is a case of the antivirus software being too protective of your system. You can install our software worry-free.
